About Us
Corgin Homes is a joint venture of small businesses that includes custom home design and construction, short-term rental properties, and real estate services. Richard and Andrea Riley lead the joint venture. They live in Black Forest, Colorado with their four children and two corgis.
Richard is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a BS in Systems Engineering. He also holds an MS in Engineering Management from Oklahoma State University. Richard's role with Corgin Homes is as a property manager, licensed real estate broker, and construction support to general contractors. He also is a Senior Principal Systems Engineer for a defense contractor and a Space Operations Officer in Air Force Reserve.​
​Andrea is a graduate of University of Northern Colorado with a BS in Sport and Exercise Science. She also holds an MA in Business from Colorado State University. Andrea's role with Corgin Homes is as a licensed general contractor, property manager, and real estate transaction coordinator.
